Ann Marie Sagan was born on July 21, 1943 in Peckville, PA; she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Kazmersky) Sagan. On October 8, 2021 Ann’s journey here on earth ended and she earned her wings and took her place among the Angels.



Ann graduated from Ellenville High School “Class of 1961.” She worked hard her entire life having held secretarial positions at Channel Master, the Granite Hotel, IBM and most recently Imperial Schrade, retiring from all. Ann was a friend, a mentor and a confidant to everyone she knew. Although Ann never had children of her own, she was a mother to so many.

She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by her nephews, John Kasloski and his wife Beth of Ulster Heights, NY and David Kasloski of San Juan Bautista, CA, niece, Olga Kasloski of Port St. Lucie, FL; god daughter and lifelong best friend, Debbie Chase of Accord, NY; cousins, Rosalie Krom and her husband Cecil Krom Jr. of Wawarsing and Daniel Karmolinski and his wife Dorothy “Midge” of Westbrookville, NY great nephews, Christopher, Joseph and Zachary Kasloski; great nieces, Kimberly Smith and Melissa Osorto, as well as many nieces nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, Ann was predeceased by her brothers, Joseph (Mary) Sagan and John (Everest) Sagan; her sister, Leona Kasloski (Ernest Kasloski Sr.) and her nephew, Ernest Kasloski Jr.

A memorial service will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Saturday, October 23rd at St. John’s Memorial Episcopal Church, 40 Market St., Ellenville. Face Coverings are required. Inurnment will immediately follow at Fantinekill Cemetery.
