Arlene wasn’t much for attention; she never wanted a fuss to be made about herself. You always got what you got with her. Her honesty and truth shined bright. She loved with a strength that most in her position could only dream of. She loved her home, antiques, decorating, gardening, laughing and of course her belly pillow. She was proud of her family. She wanted to live. She tried her hardest to keep going every day. Her family are in awe of her strength all the way to the end.

In lieu of funeral services the family will be following their mother’s wishes to hold a small graveside service on Wednesday, August 18th at 10am at Fantinekill Cemetery, Ellenville.
