Cheryl Lynn Giuditta

Cheryl was born in Ellenville on September 10, 1947 to the late Edmond and Gaynor VanSleet. She married Nicholas “Bud” Giuditta in 1969 and they lived together in Samsonville for 45 years until her passing on May 12, 2017.

Cheryl leaves behind her husband, Nicholas; her four children: Jack, Lori, Joseph, and Michael; her seven grandchildren: James, Angelo, Dominick, Layla, Jaclyn, Rene, and Erin and two great grandchildren: Kenzie and Dominick; as well as five sisters and four brothers.

Cheryl was a life long dedicated mother and house wife. She could work absolute magic with a sewing machine and crochet needles. She loved to make things for others, gifts that are cherished to this very day. Her talent and natural skill and ability was unmatched.

Visitation will be held  from 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 17th and from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Thursday, May 18th at Loucks Funeral Home, 79 North Main Street, Ellenville, NY 12428. A funeral service in Cheryl’s honor will be celebrated at 12 noon on Thursdayfollowing visitation.
