Dennis E. Kortright

Dennis E. Kortright of Napanoch, NY, passed away on Monday, May 31, 2021. He was 73 years old. Dennis was born on May 12, 1948 in Ellenville, NY; he was the son of the late Gilbert and Maggie (Yarborough) Kortright.

Dennis had retired from the NYS Department of Corrections in Woodbourne where he worked in the Maintenance Department. Prior to this he worked for Marvin Millwork in Ellenville installing windows. In his down time he enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Surviving is his sister-in-law, Donna Kortright; his nephew, Todd Kortright and his wife Kristine; his niece, Lisa Rappleyea and her husband Kristopher; great niece, Nicole Kortright; great nephew, Dylon Rappleyea; long-life friend, Faith Osterhoudt and his faithful beagle, Brandy.

In addition to his parents, Dennis was predeceased by his brother, Terry Kortright.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, June 12th in the Grahamsville Rural Cemetery.
