Everett W. Joray

Everett W. Joray a longtime resident of Napanoch, NY, passed away on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at Kingston Hospital. He was 86 years old. Everett was born on March 9, 1931 in Sharon, CT; he was the son of Everett and Evelyn (Liner) Joray.

Everett was a pillar in the community having owned the Ellenville Florist for over 52 years. He supported the local community and initiative. When his children were younger he coached little league. Spending time with his family was very near and dear to his heart.

Everett is survived by his children, Lynette Canceleno of Alabama, Gregg Joray and his wife Jane of Napanoch, Kathleen Joray of Napanoch and Glenn Joray and his wife Kim of Canada; four grandchildren, Geoff, Jaclyn and Tyler Joray and Ian Marchuck; two great grandchildren as well as several brothers and sisters.

Everett was predeceased by his wife Mary Ellen and his son Gary.

A graveside service will be on held 11:00 am on Thursday, December 21st at Fantinekill Cemetery.

A memorial service celebrating his life will be held at a later date.
