Frieda Milligan

Frieda Milligan of Ellenville, NY passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, January 15, 2022. She was 64 years old. Frieda was born on December 21, 1957 in Suffern, NY; she was the daughter of the late David and Margaret (DeFreese) Mann.

Frieda was passionate about jewelry and had a vast collection of assorted rings, necklaces and bracelets. She enjoyed helping and taking care of others and spent her career as a home health aide. Frieda was a wonderful, beautiful person with a big heart and was family oriented. She will be deeply, deeply missed and forever loved.

Frieda is survived by her loving husband, Richard Milligan; her fur babies and motivation in life, Spanky, Sugar, Snowball and Jojo; her siblings, Josephine, Margie, Hazel, Brian, and Jack; her nieces and nephews, Kayla, Margaret, Victoria, Stacey, Chris, Ricky, John, Maurice, Jennifer, Tina, Autumn, Richie, Brett, Brooke, and Jenna; great nieces and great nephews, Trinity, Julianna, Julisa, Talia, Calvin III, Johnias, Jahnae, Jenique, Nija and Anisa as well as several other great nieces and great nephews; brother-in-law, Martin Milligan and his wife Dana Marie Anderson.

In addition to her parents, Frieda was predeceased by her siblings, Leo, Lisa, April and Ida.
