James R. Lane

James R. Lane, of Ellenville, departed on Wednesday, August 26, 2015. He was born in Virginia on March 17, 1946. He met and married Lucille Moore and had one daughter, Monica.

James is predeceased by his wife and his brother, Edward Lane.

Survivors include daughter Monica, granddaughter Lane, his beloved brother Charles Cromwell who he resided with, Sisters Betty Anne, Venus and Quinette, Brothers Kenneth, David and George, along with many sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, especially Norma Dammier, Doris Steele, Uneaela Aerd and Maple Bell.

Visitation will be held at the Shiloh Baptist Church, 60 Berme Road Ellenville NY, Tuesday, September 1, from 10 to 11 AM. A service will follow at 11 AM.
