Jose Ortiz, of Ellenville, passed away on Monday, August 22, 2016. He was 56.
He was the son of the late Angel Gabriel Ortiz and Candida DeJesus, born on April 27, 1960 in Bronx, New York.
Jose worked as a maintenance supervisor at his local Wal-Mart Store.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife Hilda Soto-Ortiz.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 25, 2016 from 10am to 1pm at Loucks Funeral Home, 79 N. Main St. Ellenville, NY 12428. A funeral service will take place at 1:00pm following the visitation. Pastor Rafael Gonzalez will be officiating. Burial will follow the funeral service at Fantinekill Cemetery, Ellenville, NY.
