June A. Constant

June A. Constant of Ellenville, NY passed away on Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at home with her husband by her side. She was 89. She was the daughter of the late William and Edith Graham Caston, born on September 18, 1924 in Middletown, NY.

June was an active member of her community. She was a member of St. John's Memorial Episcopal Church, Ellenville Hospital Auxiliary and the American Legion. She was a former Director of Carriage Royal International. She liked traveling and camping. On her spare time she enjoyed doing puzzles, crossword puzzles, and cooking; but most importantly she loved to spend time with her family. She loved to spend time with Bob and her boys traveling in the band 20th Century LTD Drum and Bugle Corp. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to all that knew and loved her; she will be deeply missed.

She is survived by her husband Robert "Bob" Constant of 66 years; her sons, Richard Constant and his wife, Charlene of Greenfield Park, Russell Constant and his wife, Lillian of Roscoe, Jeffrey Constant and his wife, Penny of Woodbourne, and Gary Constant and Janet DeChick of Queensbury; her grandchildren, Jaclyn Day, Christopher Constant, Heather Eddings, Jayson Constant, Jessie Wall and Rachel Vaughn; great grandchildren, Brody, Lauren, Riley, Audrey, Jayce, Dane and Finnegan. She was predeceased by one sister, Marilyn Pittinger.

Visitation will be on Friday March 7, 2014 at Loucks Funeral Home, 79 North Main Street, Ellenville, NY 12428 from 4 to 8 p.m. There will be a Funeral Mass offered on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at 10 a.m.  at St. John's Memorial Episcopal Church, 40 Market Street, Ellenville, NY 12428.
