Mary J. Dusenbery

Mary J. Dusenbery of Phillipsport, NY, passed away on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at Orange Regional Medical Center. She was 80 years old. Mary was born in Rockland County, NY on August 17, 1937; she was the daughter of James and Helen Ada (Sisco) Maxwell.

Mary was devoted to her family. She will be deeply missed and forever loved by her children; Oscar Carson Dusenbery Jr. and his wife Maria, Thane Kenneth Dusenbery and Faith Kathleen Ferraro and her fiancé Michael Washburn; her six grandchildren, Joseph Michael Dusenbery, Marc Kenneth Dusenbery, Alicia Lynn Dusenbery, Michelle Marie Ferraro, Scott Domion Ferraro and Robert Oscar Ferraro; her eight great grandchildren, Shawn Michael, Ella Rose, Amelia Tristelle, Brielle Faith, Christopher, Alyssa, Howard and Brianna as well as her son-in-law Robert Ferraro.

Mary was predeceased by her husband Oscar Carson Dusenbery and her two brothers.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Mary’s name to a local animal shelter.
