Mary Ellen
Warren
Oct 9, 1962 — Jun 28, 2026
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Mary Ellen Warren, on Sunday, June 28, 2026.
Mary was predeceased by her husband, Ronald Warren; her parents, Albert Dymond, Sr. and Marjorie Dymond; and brother, Albert “Dimpy” Dymond Jr.
She leaves behind her loving son, Steven Warren; daughter-in-law, Andrea; and her favorite person in the world, her granddaughter, Emilia. Mary is also survived by her son, Bryan Warren; her siblings: Herbert Dymond, Sharon (Don) Fuller, Patty (Tom) Russel, Earl Dymond and Karl (Dawn) Dymond; and many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Mary worked for Schrade Knife Factory in Ellenville, Blue Hill Lodge in Claryville, and the Villa Veritas of Kerhonkson.
Mary’s greatest joy in life was her granddaughter, Emilia. She was the light of her life. If you were ever in the vicinity of these two, laughter would inevitably be bellowing out of the room.
Mary was known for her collection of dolls…hundreds of dolls, her need to shop for others, her ability to decorate to hills for any holiday, as well as her “souped” up Subaru WRXs which she loved to bang gears in. Mary’s sweetness and her smile would light up the room. She had a love for animals, especially Sheeba and Luna, and above all she loved and cherished her family.
In lieu of flowers please donate to the Kaplan Family Hospice of Newburgh or a cancer research center.
At Mary’s request the services will be held privately. Mary will be missed by all who were fortunate to have known and loved her.
On behalf of Loucks Funeral Home, it has been our privilege to care for Mary and to walk alongside her family during this tender time. We extend our heartfelt sympathies to all who loved Mary, and we hope they find comfort in the laughter she shared, the kindness she gave so freely, and the love that will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
