Norma Francis Barth

Norma Francis Barth of Napanoch, NY, passed away on Sunday, September 16, 2018 in the comfort of her home. She was 99 years old. Norma was born on December 23, 1918 in Manhattan, NY; she was the daughter of LeRoy F. and Mary (Schultis) Unnold.

Norma moved to Napanoch from Queens, NY over 52 years ago. While living in Queens she worked in Bridal Sales for Buckners. Norma enjoyed crocheting and would often make blankets for the veterans. She was also a member of the Shawangunk Valley Senior Citizens.

Norma is survived by her children, Barbara Califano (Frank), Dolores Cocchiola (Tony) and Diane Marl (Russ); four grandchildren, Michele, Dave, Kenny and Kim as well as 17 great grandchildren and many great-great grandchildren.

Norma was predeceased by her husband William C. Barth; her grandsons, Jason Miller and John Hochbrueckner and her siblings, Roy, Dorothy, Robert, Joan and Barbara.

Visiting will be held on Thursday, September 20th from 10am to 12pm at Loucks Funeral Home, 79 N. Main St., Ellenville. A Mass of Christian burial will immediately follow at St. Mary and St. Andrew’s Church, Ellenville. Burial will be in Fantinekill Cemetery.
