Patricia Ann Beneway

Patricia Ann Beneway, of Napanoch, NY, passed peacefully at her home with her loving family by her side on Saturday, October 29, 2022. She was 73 years old. Patricia was born on March 24, 1949 in Poughkeepsie, NY; she was the daughter of the late George and Mildred (Decker) Funk.  

Patricia had worked for Fargo Manufacturing in Poughkeepsie for many years. She was a dedicated mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Patricia lived her life for her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. 

She is survived by her children, Melissa Rose, Wallace Beneway, III, Carrie Recchia and Pamela Albee; grandchildren, Nathaniel, Zachary, Scott, Cassie, Nikki, Jocelyn, Jeremy, Jamison and Sebastian; great grandchildren, Julian, Savannah, Jonnie, Addelynn, Aubrey and one on the way; and longtime friend Kevin Mahon.

In addition to her parents, Patricia was predeceased by her husband, Wallace G. Beneway, Jr and her sisters, Isabel, Carol and Judy. 

As per Patricia’s wishes, there will be no services.
