Pauline Greenberger

Pauline Greenberger of Ellenville, NY passed away on February 27, 2015 at the Golden Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was 91 years old. Pauline was born on July 13, 1923 in Brooklyn, NY; she was the daughter of the late Max and Julia (Cohen) Ceader.

Mrs. Greenberger had worked as a cafeteria aid for the Ellenville School District for over 20 years. She enjoyed working with and seeing the children on a daily basis. Pauline was a member of the Ellenville Regional Hospital Auxiliary and the Anshe Tzaydik Synagogue. She enjoyed playing mahjong and cards and in her earlier years she liked reading novels and crocheting.

Pauline was predeceased by her husband Harold “Hank” Greenberger, her son Edward Greenberger, her brother Martin Ceader and her sisters Ruth Goldberg and Marilyn Bloom.

She is survived by her daughter, Merri White and her husband Scott of Kerhonkson; her son, Dale Greenberger; her grandchildren, Justin White and Matthew and Jennifer Greenberger and several nieces and nephews in Miami, FL and NYC.

She will be deeply missed by her loving family and all who knew her.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 2^nd at 10am at Anshe Tzaydik Cemetery, Ellenville
