Raymond D. Connor

Raymond D. Connor of Cragsmoor, NY, passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at Orange Regional Medical Center. He was 73 years old. Raymond was born on September 5, 1944 in Ellenville, NY; he was the son of Pauline (Caruso) Connor and the late Edison Connor.

Raymond enjoyed hunting, fishing and the outdoors. He devoutly loved his family members and their needs always came first. Raymond was a loving husband, father and grandfather; he will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.

In addition to his mother Pauline, Raymond is survived by his wife Tracey Jan (Marl) Connor whom he married on August 22, 1963; their daughters, Lucretia Gilles and her husband Fred of Cragsmoor and Jennifer Connor of Accord, NY; grandchildren, Raychel Gilles and Frederick Gilles; siblings, Robert Connor, Barbara Schebilski, Tommy Connor, Dennis Connor, and Phyllis Cummings as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 14th from 5-8 pm at Loucks Funeral Home, 79 N. Main St., Ellenville.

Memorial contributions may be made in Raymond’s name to the Cragsmoor Fire Department or the Ellenville First Aid and Rescue Squad.
