Steven Kovacs

Steven Kovacs of Ellenville passed away on Friday, December 23, 2016. He was 79.

 He was the son of the late Alexander and Teresia Karsay Kovacs, born on October 4, 1937 in Budapest, Hungary.

 For many years he worked at the Nevele Hotel as a breakfast chef. He later continued working at the Nevele as a groundskeeper.  He will be deeply missed by everyone that knew and loved him.

 He is survived by one brother Robert Pollak and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by parents, one brother Alex and his step father Zoltan Pollak.

 Visitation will be on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at Loucks Funeral Home, 79 North Main Street, Ellenville, NY 12428. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home at 11:00am. Interment will follow at Fantinekill Cemetery.
