Omaida Perez

Omaida Perez of Ellenville, NY, passed away on Monday, January 4, 2021. She was 40 years old. Omaida was born on July 14, 1980 in Kingston, NY; she was the daughter of Maria Angie Martinez.

Omaida will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by her mother Maria; her daughters, Lasiah Wright and Olani Acosta; her brother, Jayson Martinez;  aunt, Nidya Castano; uncles, Ricky and Edwin Martinez; cousins, Julio, Jose, Jacqueline, Efrain, Johnathan, Alexander, Ruben, Jovanie and Lubin as well as many extended family members and friends.

She was predeceased by her grandmother, Maria Martinez and her aunt, Alba Colon.

Memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, January 9th from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm at Loucks Funeral Home, 79 N. Main St., Ellenville. Social distancing and masks are required at all times and there may be a wait time to enter the funeral home.
